Sundays our students can go for boating, kayaking and swimming or just enjoy the beach in front.

The teachings are based around the five points of yoga — postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and diet. We extensively provide training on Hatha & Patanjali’s ashtanga system that stresses on ethics, breathing practices (pranayama), yoga postures (asana) and meditation.
